The ARIVA Hotel GmbH, based in Mannheim, was founded in 1998 and stands for quality, service and hospitality. It is a subsidiary of the DIRINGER & SCHEIDEL Group (D&S) which has a current workforce of 4,000. There are currently four hotels under the ARIVA umbrella in the Grid City, with some 600 rooms. Approx. 140 hotel staff take care of the international guests.

ARIVA Hotel GmbH is a subsidiary of the DIRINGER & SCHEIDEL Group (D&S) that was founded in 1921 as a classic construction company. Today the owner-managed group employs 4,000 staff and operates successfully both at home and abroad.
D&S is represented in almost all sectors and affiliated sectors of the construction industry. In recent decades, it has systematically expanded the service side of its portfolio and has established itself firmly on the market, with over 50% of its workforce now employed in this field.
